Engineer’s Representative, constructability review, stakeholder management, tender management, contract administration (NZS 3910:2013), including management of claims, variations, programmes, construction delivery, and safety and environmental coordination.
Delivery Environment:
Large-scale, environmentally sensitive earthworks involving coordination of five civil contractors and multiple specialist subcontractors.
Project Overview:
A major industrial land development comprising approximately $50M–$100M of earthworks and civil infrastructure works. The project included the creation of over 30 hectares of developable industrial land.
Stage 1 works included:
Approximately 2,000,000 m³ of bulk earthworks
7 km of stormwater and wastewater networks
6 km of water and utility services
30,000 m² of pavement construction
All works were completed in accordance with the Western Bay of Plenty District Council (WBOPDC) Development Code.
