Papa Projects can undertake all the contract administration on projects in the modern era. Our vast experience in NZS3910 type contracts in the Bay of Plenty positions us well to help our clients with their procurement, project programming and the general administration required to ensure a project is effectively run.
Value/Constructability Engineering
Papa Projects can help clients to estimate costs on civil construction projects. We also provide constructability advice to help clients understand and mitigate costs particularly at the design phase. We are also able to help clients understand project risks and ways to control risks as early as possible.
Council and Stakeholder Engagement
Papa Projects can undertake council and stakeholder engagements for our client’s projects. We have great working relationships with all the councils, key stakeholders groups, and iwi. We are able to work clients on ensuring and negotiated the designed works fit within council’s planning rules
