About us
Papa Projects was started to help clients get their land development and civil infrastructure projects delivered anywhere from inception through to completion.
Steve Papa (Managing Director) saw through his 15+ years of civil industry experience that the modern era of civil construction projects were becoming more complicated by the month. Projects now required a careful balancing of: council regulations, design requirements, supply chain constraints, project stakeholder negotiations, and then ultimately a challenging delivery. Steve noticed that clients were often saying they had insufficient resources to get projects completed. Also Steve heard they were becoming more frustrated by the day that their civil projects: were costing more, being unnecessarily delayed, and exposed to risks that should have been known and controlled earlier.
So Papa Projects was created.
And our mission is to help clients in the Bay of Plenty get their civil and land development projects delivered anywhere from inception through to completion.
